Booking a unit is simple! You can get a quote for your storage space directly through our website by selecting your preferred unit size. Once you our ready our customer service team will assist with booking your storage unit over the phone or in person.

Absolutely! We encourage early bookings, especially during peak seasons. You can reserve your unit days or even weeks in advance to ensure availability. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll hold the unit for you until your move-in date — giving you peace of mind and time to prepare.

To complete your booking, you’ll need to complete a Storage Licence Agreement and provide basic personal information including your name, contact number, email address, and a valid form of photo dentification. If you’re booking on behalf of a business, we may also request your company details.

To ensure the ongoing safety of our customers, their belongings, and our onsite team, please note that the following items cannot be stored within our Greenspace storage units:

  • Food or perishable goods
  • Any plants or creatures (living or dead)
  • Combustible or flammable materials, liquids or gases
  • Firearms, explosives, weapons or ammunition
  • Chemicals, radioactive materials, biological agents
  • Toxic waste, asbestos or potentially dangerous materials
  • Items which emit any fumes, smell or odour
  • Illegal substances or goods illegally obtained

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of convenient payment methods to make your experience hassle-free. These include major credit and debit cards and bank transfers.  Cash is not accepted.

Yes, a refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit will be refunded after your rental ends, provided there is no damage or unpaid balance.

Absolutely. For your convenience, we offer an auto-pay feature that allows you to link your preferred payment method for monthly billing. Once enabled, your rent will be charged automatically on your due date, so you never have to worry about missing a payment.

What are your access hours?

We understand that flexibility is important, especially for businesses and individuals with unpredictable schedules. At Greenspace Self Storage you receive free, unlimited access during our office opening hours which are:  Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Greenspace is closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Yes, you can authorize other individuals to access your unit. This is common for family members, employees, or movers. During the booking or any time after, you can add “authorised users” to your account. These users must present valid ID when visiting. For added security, only individuals listed on your account will be granted entry.

Absolutely. Our facility is equipped with 24/7 CCTV, motion detectors, and controlled entry systems. Even when staff isn’t present, our security systems remain fully operational. Unauthorised access is strictly prevented. We prioritize safety so you can store your items with complete peace of mind.

How secure are your storage facilities?

Our facilities are built with security as a top priority. Our facility is equipped with 24/7 CCTV, secure perimeter fencing, controlled access gates, and well-lit environments inside and out. Every unit is individually lockable to ensure your belongings are safe at all times.

Yes, our security systems are active around the clock, even outside of business hours. Surveillance cameras continue recording 24/7. Even if no staff is present onsite, the facility remains protected.

We encourage customers to use a high-quality padlock for added peace of mind. You can purchase one directly from our office.  You are the only ones with the keys to your padlock and control who has access to the space.
